Synopsis by Hans J. Wollstein
Lower-echelon Western star Bob Reeves headlined this parsimonious silent oater directed by veteran J.P. McGowan. Reeves and leading lady Ione Reed (one of the best stunt-riders in the business) went through the usual paces in this none-too-original story of a rancher battling a group of land speculators. A former rodeo champ and stunt double, the round-faced Reeves never made the grade as a popular Western hero and was demoted to supporting roles -- many miniscule -- in sound films.
