Synopsis by Eleanor Mannikka
This film about a little boy, an urban couple, and a ghost that wanders around a garden has its own special aura because of its setting: Latvia. When Imant (Andis Kveps) and Linda (Aquelina Livmane) buy a charming little cottage in the countryside, their plans are to escape from city life and work in the peace and quiet of a rural environment. These plans are irrevocably altered a little after they arrive in the cottage and find that the woman they bought it from has died, and her grandson Albin (Martinjsch Kveps) -- with no other options in life -- is now in their care. The little boy's parents are gone, and as the trio adjust to life together, little Albin is haunted by visions of his mother in the garden.
