Varying workouts is one of the challenges of an at-home fitness regime. This video offers two different aerobic workouts on one tape. After a pumping warm-up, you can choose the 36-minute hi/lo floor routine or fast forward to "Step with a Vengeance," a killer step workout. The cool-down includes a very brief segment on abs. Instructor Franny Benedetto is direct and motivating -- there's no inane chitchat in this video.
