Synopsis by Mark Deming
Is the third time the charm for Agent Kam? Bobbie Phillips returns for the third film in the Chameleon series, in which the genetically engineered super agent is set out to rescue a youthful scientific genius from her artificially created twin, who has developed a taste for evil. The stakes are raised by the fact that the teenaged genius happens to be carrying a microchip encoded with potentially world-changing information. Alex Kuzelicki, Doug Penti, and Suzi Dougherty highlight the supporting cast.
