Co-written and directed by Esteban Arango, this coming-of-age film is set in the late ‘90s when Colombian teen brothers Carly (Mateo Arias) and Mateo (Moises Arias) find themselves being uprooted from the troubled streets of Bogota, Colombia to the suburban setting of Atlanta, Georgia. The metalhead skateboarders try to fit in with their American high school. While Carly sets his sights on being a NASA engineer, artistic Mateo finds it harder to adjust to their parents’ idea of the American dream. Co-starring Diane Guerrero and Wilmer Valderrama.
