A retired, obsessive detective looks to bring down a serial killer terrorizing the people of Salem in this crime drama. Jack Fox (Tony Moran) has just been forced off of the police force, and is beginning to look forward to a life of rest and respite before a flurry of killings begins to occur in his local community. After a rookie cop (Brandon Stumpf) moves into the area, Fox debates whether or not he should step away from his new life of leisure, and help the newcomer bring an end to the murderer's serial rampage.
