This documentary captures the unique efforts of Steve Gatlin, a photographer who tries to redefine beauty on a cross-country journey. Armed with a single roll of film and his camera's time-lapse settings, Gatlin travels to 24 different states where he takes a single photo of a nude model at night. Featuring a different song for every shoot, Beauty 24 traces not only the artist's shoots but also the various difficulties he encountered, including the devastation of Hurricane Katrina.
