This exercise ball workout program combines a classic yoga routine with Pilates-style exercises. The demonstrated movements and exercises are specially designed to help students shape their calves, inner and outer thighs, hips, buttocks, and ankles. Lower-body stretch and flexibility moves are also taught. Instructor Suzanne Deason provides good cues as she moves viewers through the different routines. The background scenery features Sedona, AZ, and includes a peacefully flowing stream designed to help put viewers' minds and bodies at ease. Though the program chiefly targets the special needs of those at the beginning and intermediate levels, it does include a few more challenging routines.
