Review by Hans J. Wollstein

Maverick producer Victor Adamson's little Westerns were sold on the States' Rights market and a surprising number have survived in basements and lofts once belonging to former theater owners. One of the more recent discoveries, Arizona Trails fully lives up to Adamson's tattered reputation for careless and shoddy filmmaking. Bill Patton was never much of a cowboy hero in the first place and sound all but destroyed him. Luckily for him, the rest of the cast is even worse, and the few who managed to extend their career beyond this little clunker (Herman Hack, Fred Parker, et al.) did so mainly in silent bit parts.
