Filmmaker Bill Ballard profiles surfing legend Matt Archibald (aka Archy) in this documentary featuring the colorful insight and commentary of the famed wave-rider's family, friends, and peers. In addition to focusing on the benefits and drawbacks of being a sponsored surfer for twenty-five years, Ballard's film also highlights the many contributions that Archy has made to the surfing world and pays special attention to the time he spent under the mentorship of Marvin Potter.
