A young woman witnesses an older version of herself committing suicide, and attempts to prevent the tragedy by embarking on an illuminating trip back in time. Mia (Jodie Whittaker) was on her way home from work when she saw an elderly woman leap from a high-rise apartment complex. Upon closer inspection, the curious girl discovers a photograph of herself and her former lover Ludwig near the woman's corpse, and convinces the building's custodian to open the woman's flat. Petrified by the discovery that the apartment is filled with her own possessions, Mia travels deep into the past to confront the lover who threw her life into disarray.
