Synopsis by Augustine Chay
Director Michael Lei’s documentary follows the lives of two Native Bolivian young men who enrol in Gustu: Danish, culinary entrepreneur Claus Meyer’s pioneering cooking school and dining restaurant in La Paz. Under Meyer’s mentorship, they enter the world of culinary arts and work towards reinventing their country as a gastronomical hub.
