This concert, held in order to celebrate the inauguration of George Bush in 1989, features a number of legendary blues and R&B musicians like Sam Moore, Dr. John, Bo Diddley, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Jimmy Vaughan performing a number of classic tunes including "When a Man Loves a Woman," "Born Under a Bad Sign," "Knock on Wood," "Soul Man," and many more.
