This documentary examines the social and cultural progress of African-Americans in the forty years following the assassination of Civil Rights activist Rev. Dr. martin Luther King Jr., touching upon the socioeconomic status of African-Americans in modern day society, as well as the effects of single parent households on blacks, and the current state of racism in the United States.
