On the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the death of Frank Sinatra, PBS put together several tributes to Ol' Blue Eyes. Among these was a compilation special, made up of clips from Sinatra's TV appearances of the 1950s, '60s, and '70s. These vignettes were interspersed with the reminiscences of the singer's three children, Frank Jr., Nancy, and Tina. Officially released on August 13, 2003, Vintage Sinatra was seen in most markets a week or two afterward.
