Synopsis by Michael Hastings
In the years following her acclaimed documentary Todos Santos Cuchumatan, director Olivia Carrescia watched as the Guatemalan region succumbed to political turmoil and xenophobia, to the point where the remaining residents have taken up arms to avoid insurgency. This short documentary from 1989 charts the changes since the first film's release in 1982.
