Synopsis by Farida Ezzat
The drama film, co-directed by Maureen Fazendeiro and Miguel Gomes, centers on Crista (Crista Alfaiate), Carloto (Carloto Cotta), and João (João Nunes Monteiro), who spend their summer building a greenhouse for butterflies. The three friends share long days where they do chores and enjoy fresh fruit. They stay up during the night listening to music and dancing together. The film premiered at the 2021 Cannes Film Festival.
