Inspired by the 2007 memoir of the same name, this documentary offers an intimate look at the bond shared between half-Japanese twin sisters Anabel Stenzel and Isabel Stenzel Byrnes, and chronicles their long struggle with cystic fibrosis. After double lung transplants gave the girls a 2nd chance at life, they have dedicated their lives to advocating organ donation and helping those who suffer from chronic illness.
