Filmmaker Paco Plaza presents the harrowing horror story of Pilar (Vera Valdez) and her granddaughter, Susana (Almudena Amor). Pursuing a modeling career in Paris, Susana can’t make it to Madrid to celebrate Pilar’s birthday. But when Pilar has a stroke, Susana flies to take care of her sick grandmother.
