Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
Political filmmaker Stanislav Stanojevic takes the helm for this allegory about the nature of political oppression set in a fictitious country. Despite being blind and paralyzed, the power mad president of a small country maintains his position of authority though his keen sense of hearing and his corrupt daughter. Relentless towards his adversaries, the president takes great pleasure in picking them apart while relishing the sound of their racing heartbeats. Meanwhile, his ravishing daughter becomes obsessed with the idea of living equal to men, and appoints herself Chief of Firefighters in order to prove that she's no fragile flower. In a dubious bid for job security, she soon begins committing arson.
