Space Quest for F-10 is the American title of this feature-length animated cartoon. The fact that the film is foreign in origin would seem to be borne out by its slightly contrary alternate title, Starfleet: Star Quest for F-01. Either way, this is a sci-fi endeavor, with the requisite clean-limbed heroes and heroines and Darth Vader-like villains. Existing stills indicate that the production design was quite impressive; from all reports, the animation was merely serviceable. Space Quest for F-10 was first seen in the US over the Showtime Cable service in the fall of 1985.
