Synopsis by Augustine Chay
Isaac, Lien Binh Phat, Minh Phuong, and Tu Quyen star in writer-director Leon Le's historical romantic drama. Set in the world of cai luong theater (a form of modern folk opera) in 1980s Ho Chi Minh City, it follows the unlikely relationship that unfolds between a rising opera star and an underground debt collector. Their burgeoning romantic attraction leads to a subtle and mutual inner transformation.
