Synopsis by Maggie Sadler

Ten-year-old Bernie Dingledorf (Zackary Arthur) is recruited by a mysterious and highly secretive organization to thwart the schemes of Dr. Chuckles (Ryan O'Quinn), who is intent on using a nefarious device to plunge the world into a chaotic, permanent fit of laughter. Armed with his pack full of inventions, his ragtag band of pals, and his dependable dog Splat (voiced by Terrence Stone), Bernie faces off against Dr. Chuckles to protect the planet from harm.
