Synopsis by Fred Mitchell
In the second-season opener, Sam teams with her mom in a dance competition against Regina's nemesis (Cybill Shepherd) and her partner, who happens to be a ringer (Mark Ballas from Dancing With the Stars). Meanwhile, Todd is still in Sam's apartment because he's having trouble finding a new place.
