John Hartley (Dwayne Johnson) is one of the FBI’s top agents, and he is tasked to arrest high-profile criminals tagged by Interpol in its Red Notice. On one mission, he is hot on the trail after two infamous thieves: Nolan Booth (Ryan Reynolds), considered “ the world’s greatest art thief”; and The Bishop (Gal Gadot), dubbed “world’s most wanted art thief”.
