When a career matchmaker falls head over heels for a jaded writer, he finds that his own standard dating rules don't quite apply, in this unofficial Bollywood remake of the Will Smith romantic comedy Hitch. Indian matinee idol Salman Khan stars as Prem, a hotshot love guru who teaches single men how to win over the women of their dreams. Prem's own latest romantic interest, a gorgeous advice columnist (Lara Datta) finds Prem's approach utterly transparent, but as a single mother very much interested in finding a relationship (and a father for her little boy) she decides to test Prem's paternity skills. Meanwhile, she also finds herself being relentlessly pursued by a determined mobster (Rajpal Yadav).
