Synopsis by Kyle Lavigne
Director/writer Reinaldo Marcus Green’s debut feature film drew inspiration from Eric Garner’s death at the hands of police brutality in 2014. A three-part interwoven narrative unfolds in Brooklyn's Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood after a white policeman kills an unarmed black man. This murder haunts the conscience of a bystander who filmed it, an African-American police officer, and a local high school baseball star.
