A husband forgives his wife's infidelity after she's stricken with amnesia, but finds his greatest heartache is yet to come as she regains her memory, and her lover comes back into the picture. He Sizhu and Chen Mo are lovers. One day, while driving through Hongzu, they get into an accident. Awakening later in the hospital where her husband Li Xun works as a surgeon, He Sizhu is unable to recall the last three years. Aware of the affair yet still deeply in love with his wife, Li Xun chooses not to go on with their marriage as if nothing happened. Meanwhile, as Li Xun strives to win back his wife, Chen Mo returns determined to reclaim the woman he loves.
