A man determined to start a new life after being released from prison finds himself unwittingly dragged into a situation that could find him back behind bars or worse in this tense noir crime drama starring Mark Pellegrino. In order to meet the requirements of his parole, violent offender Nick (Pellegrino) agrees to sign over sole custody of his young daughter to his ex-wife. Shortly after he's released from prison, however, Nick meets Michelle (Alicia Witt), a tormented stripper who's withdrawn into isolation. When a violent figure from Michelle's past returns with murderous intentions, Nick instinctively protects her, killing the man in the process. Now the faster Nick and Michelle run, the clearer it becomes that they can never look back again.
