Review by Hans J. Wollstein

Although slightly better than the equally extant The Ferocious Pal (1934), Jaws of Justice remains a rather nondescript action adventure geared solely to the small fry. Leading man Jack Perrin does well enough and Robert Walker is his unctuous self, but leading lady Ruth Sullivan and juvenile actor Gene Toler are strictly bush league. As for Kazan, the dog star offers by far the film's best performance despite having recently lost his tail to cancer. Jaws of Justice was produced and directed by veteran serial ace Spencer Gordon Bennet and Kazan's owner and trainer Jack King.
