Synopsis by Steven Yoder
I Love My Dad, directed by James Morosini, is the story of a man who catfishes his son in order to reconnect with him. Franklin disconnects with his father Chuck on Facebook, so Chuck hatches a plan. Posing as a waitress named Becca, Chuck tricks his son into a meeting. This requires a cross-country trip to Maine, and Chuck agrees to take Franklin to the "meeting." Along the way, Chuck tries to rekindle their relationship, knowing that when the truth comes out, it might be the final moments between the two.
