Disaster strikes when the Guancheng County Chemical Industrial Park is hit by a massive earthquake. Leaks and explosions engulf the plant and threaten the entire city if it isn't contained. Complicating things is the fact that some workers are trapped in the complex. Now, the firefighters tasked with putting out the flames have double duty in a race against time to save the people and the city.
