One of the better Hong Kong action films of its time, this intense thriller from director Andrew Kam (The Big Heat) makes use of superior stuntwork and riveting chase sequences to provide audiences with a fast-paced and exciting entertainment. Simon Yam plays Inspector Li, who uncovers a plot by Arab terrorists to bribe customs officials into letting their illegal shipment of arms into Hong Kong. Miu Kiu-wai is the innocent customs official framed for the crime and later murdered, leading his brother-in-law (Ray Lui) to seek revenge, although his pursuit of the case puts him and his family in deadly peril. Phillip Ko, one of the film's producers, co-stars with Robin Shou.
