Synopsis by Perry Seibert
This radical restaging of Verdi's Falstaff updates the story so that it now takes place in and around a golf course. Falstaff is a fixture at the course's bar, even though he never plays the game. His larger-than-life sense of merriment makes him popular, but his drink tab has grown large enough to be a problem. He plans on seducing the wealthy Alice Ford in order to solve this situation. The cast includes Ian Jervis, Julian Forsyth, Daniel Gillingwater, and Simon Masterton.
