While attending a wedding, Luke and Emily cannot contain their passion for each other and hook up in the bathroom. While undressing, the engagement ring Luke bought for Emily falls to the ground, and Emily agrees to marry him. The next day, they work as if nothing happened because their jobs are at the same finance office, and their relationship violates policy. But when Emily is promoted to portfolio manager, Luke begins questioning their status because he thought that job would be his.
