Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
Han Seok-gyu and Cha Seung-weon headline Friend director K.T. Kwak's crime thriller concerning an ageing police captain who's lured back to the job on the eve of retirement following a most peculiar crime. Capt. Baek Seong-chan (Han) was about to turn in his badge and run a grocery store when a criminal commits a robbery and uses his identity to stage a daring getaway. As Capt. Baek delves ever deeper into the case, he begins to suspect that a man seeking vengeance against a powerful mobster businessman has purposefully drawn him into an elaborate revenge plot in order to settle a lingering grudge.
