With almost no budget to go on, director Heddy Honigmann has put together an intriguing avant-garde look at the problems of taking on adult responsibility. Karel (Johan Leysen) and Johan (Titus Muizelaar) share an apartment and are coasting along with so-so lives, relationships, and jobs. They have unformulated, loose designs on the future and really would like to break out of their current routine. Then the big question lands on their heads -- is it easier to stay in a rut than burrow out of it?
