Synopsis by Jason Buchanan

The citizens of Dog River, Saskatchewan, discover that their tight-knit community is in danger of being dissolved due to poor management, and make a last-ditch effort to pull the town back from the brink by exposing the corporate corruption at the root of the crisis.
