This inspirational family movie tells the story of a man named Duncan who, despite his reputation as the town curmudgeon, is a very doting husband behind closed doors. Duncan decides to bring his affection to the outdoors however, when his wife Suzy becomes ill, and he decides that as a Christmas present for her, he'll take on the massive task of erecting a full sized Ferris Wheel in their back yard, just like the one he proposed to her on.
