Synopsis by Ben Schultz
A tough Hong Kong cop (Jackie Chan) is assigned to escort a scientist to a military base. He and his team are attacked en route, thrusting him into a conspiracy involving sinister experiments and scientifically enhanced villains. Lijia Zhang directed this sci-fi action film.
