Synopsis by Augustine Chay
Director/co-writer Kerry David’s documentary profiles centenarian and beer magnate Bill Coors (the grandson of Adolph Coors, founder of the Coors Brewing Company) and his lifelong struggle against the anxiety and depression that plagued his family. Coors’ personal faith in the necessity of “honoring thyself” is juxtaposed with testimonies by a few young internet influencers who have survived similar struggles with depression and suicidal ideation.
