A filmmaking couple travel to Fårö — the small Baltic island that inspired some of Swedish filmmaker Ingmar Bergman’s greatest films — for a film screening. As they take in the island’s surreal atmosphere and the gravity of Bergman’s cinematic legacy, they struggle to reconcile their professional aspirations with their romantic impasse.
