Kenny Dalsheimer and Penelope Maunsell's documentary Bending Sticks: The Sculpture of Patrick Dougherty follows the celebrated artist for a year as he is commissioned to create works in various locations that are comprised exclusively from twigs and branches that he manipulates into the shapes and designs he wants. In addition to capturing the artist at work, the filmmakers get him to talk about his creative process.
