In the remote French wilderness, a subtle yet seismic shift in the dynamic of power between humans and animals begins to unfold. A cohort of big game hunters receives an attractive opportunity for a private expedition at a lavish estate. Yet, the relationship between the hunter and the hunted takes a sinister and unsettling turn as the group finds themselves pursued through the forest by malevolent gun-toting beings who bear the faces of the animals the huntsmen once slew.
