Review by Buzz McClain

Add this to the growing list of films either directed, produced, or co-produced by Jim Wynorski, also known as Noble Henry and four other noms de plume. Wynorski, the co-producer of Air Rage, is a one-man B-movie factory cut from the same slice of celluloid as Roger Corman (Wynorski was a Corman employee at one time), and by now his films have a certain shared style, even the ones he doesn't direct. This time out, Ed Raymond gets the directing credit, but it's clearly a Wynorski film. Ice-T is the nominal star, even though he doesn't show up until the second half, and even then he and his men are so incompetent that their interference in the hijacking is more of an irritant than anything else. The burden of saving the lives of everyone, Die Hard-style, is on the comely shoulders of flight attendant Kelly, played by Kim Oja with just the right amount of vulnerable strength. If viewers can believe this, they'll enjoy the rest of the film, which has just enough dangerous action to overcome the scenes of outrageous silliness.
