Synopsis by Jack Rodgers
While her mother is away on a business trip and she's left in the care of her teenage brother, a ten-year-old girl (Ripley Sobo) witnesses a kidnapping on the streets of New York City. But when nobody believes her story -- with the possible exception of a police detective who seems mildly curious (Susan Sarandon) -- she decides to investigate the crime herself. Written and directed by Kevin Kaufman.
