Written and directed by Mohammad Rasoulof, this Iranian drama follows Reza (Reza Akhlaghirad), a goldfish farmer in a countryside town where businesses seem to be controlled by a corrupt and morally bankrupt corporate entity. Since the company has designs on his property, they try to sabotage his livelihood to force him to give it up. No one in town is willing to stand by him as he faces such injustices. But his stubborn attitude persists in this fight, despite the exasperation of his wife, Hadis (Soudabeh Beizaee).
