When a deadly virus strands British journalist Michael and his Israeli girlfriend Keren in her home country, the two must find a way to escape. Enter street merchants Emad and Waleed, who desperately need money and offer to assist the couple in their desperation. But their promise of help falls apart when it turns out the men have no actual plan to accomplish what they have promised and end up hiding the now-fugitive couple in Waleed's Gaza basement.
