Exercise enthusiasts may enjoy this film that features a variety of helpful routines. There are three aerobic segments, complemented by three toning routines. The dance steps for the aerobic exercises should be fairly easy to learn for most beginners, especially after a few practice sessions. Kacy Duke provides quality demonstrations that clearly explain how viewers should follow along. These exercises may help some viewers develop an added sense of both timing and rhythm. Duke keeps them motivated during this workout and includes a cool-down session, with a number of stretching exercises.
