Synopsis by Augustine Chay
British director Phil Grabsky’s documentary focuses on celebrated Spanish painter Pablo Picasso's early years. With cooperation from the three Picasso Museums in Malaga, Barcelona, and Paris – the three cities that had a formative influence on the young Picasso – it sheds light on the personal and historical circumstances that informed his artistry during his Blue and Rose periods.
